Looking for a few peeps from Burning man (Camp Outer Rim)

Hey guys a good friend of mine from New York met some peeps from Burning Man and is looking for a way to get back in contact with them.

They are from Sacramento and were camping with "Outer Rim".
Married Couple named Joe and Tina.

If you know them please let me know my friend Stuart is trying to reconnect with them off the playa.
