fully furnished house
large sunny yard
minimal storage downstairs
washer/dryer
parking for one more car
wireless internet
(veggie garden planned for summer)
near park
easy access to freeway
Available room has a closet, is carpeted and is unfurnished. would like a person who is down to earth, easy going, picks up and can commit to a 6 month stay. This is an Eco-conscious household and drama free.
You'd be living with a 30-something teacher, puppy and cat. Pets are ok as long as they can get along with ones already here.
No inside smoking, social drinking ok.
Room is $500 plus half of utilities ($100~$140/mo) and $500 security deposit.
Available April 3, 2008...possibly sooner.
