since the typical date is the first saturday - and well july's first saturday is the 4th, there are talks about combining july and august's social... into something a little more - details to be announced as they develop - fret not tho, it will not be on or near the 4th of july.... that'd just be daft -

Fri, June 12, 2009 - 12:44 PMWow! I miss you all. I am hoping to be back on track for the July social. It has been a hectic, whirlwind, stressful, wonderful all balled into one few weeks. I got to go to a beautiful regional burn in DE, visit with my precious nine month old nephew in DC, bail my two dogs out of doggie jail after they escaped from the pet sitter and ended up in the pound for a week while I was on vacation, take my dog to the vet for the cough he got from the pound, do a road trip for a friend's 60th birthday which was spectacular, have one of my dogs nibble on someone who was trying to be helpful and so much more.
Through it all, I have been thinking of you all, missing you and waiting for the precious moments when I get to see you again.
I am off to another burner type event in San Diego and work in San Diego for a week so hope to see you all in July.
